50. (e) India referred to the last trilateral meeting of Secretaries held in Tehran in January 2007, where it had reaffirmed its commitment to the project and had welcomed the agreement on the price of gas between Iran and Pakistan.

51. In such circumstances, we reaffirm our strong commitment to support growth and foster financial stability. We also underscore the need for appropriate action to be taken by advanced economies in order to rebuild confidence, foster growth and secure a strong recovery.

56. We welcome the establishment of the Open Working Group on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in line with the Rio+20 Outcome Document which reaffirmed the Rio Principles of Sustainable Development as the basis for addressing new and emerging challenges.

हम दिल्ली कार्य योजना के कार्यान्वयन में आयोजित निम्नलिखित बैठकों को नोट करते हैं: o संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा के दौरान अतिरिक्त समय में विदेश मंत्रियों की बैठक। o नई दिल्ली में राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकारों की बैठक।

57. * The Ministers reaffirmed that outer space should be preserved as a safe and conflict-free environment effectively serving peaceful purposes and, therefore, will take joint action to enhance the role of the UN Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space.

* मंत्रियों ने पुष्टि की कि बाह्य अंतरिक्ष को प्रभावी ढंग से शांतिपूर्ण उद्देश्यों की सेवा के लिए एक सुरक्षित और संघर्ष मुक्त वातावरण के रूप में संरक्षित किया जाना चाहिए.

58. 8. Both leaders reaffirmed the importance of strengthening relations under the aegis of the India-South Africa Joint Ministerial Commission (JMC) which affords both sides an opportunity to address a range of bilateral, as well as multilateral political and economic issues.

दोनों नेताओं ने भारत-दक्षिण अफ्रीका संयुक्त मंत्रिस्तरीय आयोग (जेएमसी) के तत्वावधान में संबंधों को सुदृढ़ बनाए जाने के महत्व की पुष्टि की जिससे दोनों पक्षों को अनेक द्विपक्षीय मामलों के साथ विविध बहुपक्षीय राजनैतिक एवं आर्थिक मुद्दों का समाधान करने का भी अवसर मिलेगा।

59. They reaffirmed that India stands with Sri Lanka in its efforts to build a future that accommodates the aspirations of all sections of society, including the Sri Lankan Tamil community, for a life of equality, justice, peace and dignity in a united Sri Lanka.

उन्होंने इस बात की अभिपुष्टी की कि भारत श्रीलंका के साथ उसके द्वारा एक ऐसे भविष्य निर्माण के प्रयासों में साथ खड़ा है जिसके तहत समाज के सभी वर्गों जिनमें श्रीलंकाई तमिल समुदाय भी शामिल हैं, की संयुक्त श्रीलंका में समानता, न्यायोचित, शांति एवं सम्मानपूर्ण जीवन के लिए उनकी आकांक्षाएं शामिल हैं।

60. * We reaffirm our commitment to achieving a fair and modern global tax system and promoting a more equitable, pro-growth and efficient international tax environment, including to deepening cooperation on addressing Base Erosion and Profit Shifting, promoting exchange of tax information and improving capacity-building in developing countries.

* हम एक निष्पक्ष और आधुनिक वैश्विक कर प्रणाली को प्राप्त करने और एक अधिक न्यायसंगत, विकास समर्थक और कुशल अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कर पर्यावरण को बढ़ावा देने के लिए अपनी प्रतिबद्धता की पुष्टि करते हैं, जो विकासशील देशों में आधार क्षरण और लाभ स्थानांतरण, कर सूचना के आदान-प्रदान को बढ़ावा देगा और क्षमता निर्माण में सुधार करेगा।

61. * The Sides reiterated their condemnation of terrorism in all its forms and reaffirmed their commitment to dismantle safe havens for terrorist and criminal networks such as Da’esh/ISIL, Al-Qa'ida, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammad, D Company and its affiliates and the Haqqani Network.

* दोनों ही पक्षों द्वारा आंतकवाद के सभी रूपों की आलोचना की गयी तथा विश्व में आंतक के पर्याय कई आंतकवादी संगठनों के नेटवर्क को जैसे अलकायदा, जैश ए मोहम्मद, आईएसआइएल, लश्कर ए तैययबा, जैश, डी कंपनी व हक्कानी नेटवर्क ।

62. * The Ministers reaffirmed that the process and outcome of the Durban Platform for Enhanced Action (ADP) must be in full accordance with all the principles, provisions and structure of the Convention, in particular the principles of equity and common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities.

* मंत्रियों ने फिर से इस बात की पुष्टि की कि संवर्धित कार्यवाही के लिए डरबन मंच (ए डी पी) की प्रक्रिया और परिणाम कन्वेंशन के सभी सिद्धांतों, प्रावधानों और संरचना की पूर्ण अनुरूपता में होने चाहिए, विशेष रूप से निष्पक्षता के सिद्धांतों और सामान्य किंतु विभेदीकृत जिम्मेदारियों और क्षमताओं की अनुरूपता में।

63. Silk and several Cabinet members of the RMI. Both sides reviewed bilateral relations and reaffirmed their commitment to further advance ties in a host of areas such as blue economy, adaptation-mitigation practices for climate change, disaster preparedness, health, education, renewable energy among others.

दोनों पक्षों ने द्विपक्षीय संबंधों की समीक्षा की और समुद्री संसाधनों के संपोषणीय प्रयोग वाली अर्थव्यवस्था, जलवायु परिवर्तन के लिए अनुकूलन-शमन प्रथाओं, आपदा प्रबंधन , स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा जैसे उनके क्षेत्रों में संबंधों को आगे बढ़ाने की अपनी प्रतिबद्धता की पुष्टि की।

64. Omar issued an apology the next day, stating: "I am grateful for Jewish allies and colleagues who are educating me on the painful history of anti-Semitic tropes", adding, "I reaffirm the problematic role of lobbyists in our politics, whether it be AIPAC, the NRA or the fossil fuel industry."

65. Reaffirming their commitment to enhance the use of solar energy globally, the leaders underlined the importance of deepening cooperation both bilaterally and under the aegis of ISA in joint research, development, financing and technology innovation as well as diffusion of clean energy and efficiency solutions that will help in promoting energy access in a clean, affordable and sustainable manner.

वैश्विक स्तर पर सौर ऊर्जा का प्रयोग बढ़ाने के लिए अपनी प्रतिबद्धता की फिर से पुष्टि करते हुए दोनों नेताओं ने द्विपक्षीय रूप से तथा आई एस ए के तत्वावधान में भी संयुक्त अनुसंधान, विकास, वित्त पोषण तथा प्रौद्योगिकीय नवाचार के अलावा महासागर ऊर्जा एवं दक्षता समाधान के समावेशन के महत्व को रेखांकित किया जिससे स्वच्छ, सस्ते और संपोषणीय ढंग से ऊर्जा तक पहुंच को बढ़ावा देने के लिए मदद मिलेगी।

66. * The two sides reviewed with satisfaction the comprehensive and rapid progress of India-China relations in the last ten years, and reaffirmed their commitment to abiding by the basic principles and consensus concerning the development of India-China relations set out in the Declaration of Principles for Relations and Comprehensive Cooperation between India and China in 2003, the Joint Statement of India and China in 2005, the India-China Joint Declaration of 2006 and A Shared Vision for the 21st Century of India and China of 2008.

* दोनों पक्षों ने पिछले दस वर्षों के दौरान भारत-चीन संबंधों की व्यापक और तीव्र प्रगति की समीक्षा की और इस पर संतोष व्यक्त किया। साथ ही उन्होंने वर्ष 2003 में भारत और चीन के बीच संबंधों एवं व्यापक सहयोग से संबद्ध सिद्धांतों की घोषणा, वर्ष 2005 में भारत और चीन द्वारा जारी संयुक्त वक्तव्य,वर्ष 2006 में जारी भारत-चीन संयुक्त घोषणा तथा वर्ष 2008 में 21वीं सदी के भारत और चीन के साझे विजन में उल्लिखित बुनियादी सिद्धांतों के प्रति अपनी वचनबद्धता की पुष्टि की।
